My stay at the hotel was satisfying overall. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, although I didn't get the lake view room I had hoped for. The service was delightful, with friendly staff, but there was a minor incident with a needle on the floor. The location was convenient for my conference at the Harvard Faculty Club, although the dining experience didn't live up to expectations.

The service was exceptional and went above and beyond, especially at the bar and with friendly interactions for our dog.
